I've served patients in many roles, from dentistry and hospital patient financial services to volunteering as a clinical liaison at St. Joseph's Hospital. I studied biological sciences, first aiming to become a dentist. Over time I found that nursing was my calling, for its clinical depth, autonomy and room to grow.

My path to nursing

I started in the hospital, spending six years across ICU step-down, progressive care, cardiac care and medical-surgical units. When COVID-19 hit, I moved into travel nursing, which broadened my clinical perspective and made me more adaptable. I then returned to school for my Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Why direct-pay telehealth

Care should be built around the individual, with compassion, education, prevention, and patients taking an active role in their health. My practice offers primary care, weight management, wellness services and urgent care telehealth.
